Organic leadership refers to a style of leadership that emerges naturally within a group or organization based on the inherent qualities and abilities of individuals rather than being assigned or designated formally. It is a form of leadership that arises organically through the recognition and influence of individuals who demonstrate leadership qualities and skills.
